These terms apply to the use of Personals48 (the “website”). By visiting the website you accept these terms.

1. Adults only

This website contains adult material and is intended only for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). If you are under that age, or if adult content is illegal where you are, leave the website now.

2. What the website is

The website shows personals profiles that are supplied by a third party dating partner. We do not create the profiles and we do not verify the identity of the people behind them. Profiles may be fictional or used for entertainment purposes, and a profile does not mean that the person shown is available to meet. Messaging, calls and chat happen on the partner website under the partner’s own terms; we do not take part in any conversation or agreement.

The website does not offer, arrange or advertise escort services, prostitution or any other paid sexual service. Visitors cannot post ads or create accounts on the website.

3. Prohibited use

Using the website if you are under 18
Copying the website or its database by automated means (scraping) without written permission
Using information from the website to harass, threaten or exploit anyone
Any use that breaks the law of your state or country

4. 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

All persons who appear in any visual depiction on this website were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created. The website is not the producer (primary or secondary) of any of the visual content shown. All profile content, including photographs, is supplied by our dating partner, which states that it maintains the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for content it produces or publishes. Requests regarding those records should be directed to the dating partner through the profile’s message link.

5. Removal of a profile

If you appear in a profile and want it removed, or you believe a profile violates the law or your rights, use the Remove a profile form. We review every request and remove the profile within 48 hours.

6. Age restricted photos

Where the law of a visitor’s state requires age verification for sexual material, explicit photos are not shown to visitors from that state. Profiles remain visible with non explicit photos only.

7. Liability and links

The website is provided as is. We are not liable for the content of profiles, for the partner website or for any contact between visitors and other people. Profile buttons lead to an external partner website with its own terms and privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may change these terms at any time; the version published here applies. You can read how we handle data in our privacy policy.
