Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Personals48 (the “website”) processes when you visit it.

1. No accounts

You cannot register or post on the website, so we do not store names, passwords or profiles of visitors.

2. Server logs

Like every website, our server records technical data for each request (IP address, browser, requested page, time). Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are deleted automatically after a short period.

3. Approximate location

We look up the approximate US state of your IP address in a local database when a page loads. It is used only to decide whether explicit photos may be shown under the law of your state. The result is not stored and is not linked to you.

4. Statistics

We count page views and clicks on buttons as anonymous daily totals. To count unique visitors we use a daily hash of IP address and browser that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you; the IP address itself is not stored.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website itself does not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store small preferences (for example a closed banner) in local storage on your device.

6. Removal requests

If you use the Remove a profile form, we store the details you enter (name, email, profile address and message) to handle your request and delete them when the request is closed.

7. Partner website

Profile buttons lead to our dating partner. Anything you do there, including sign up and messaging, is governed by the partner’s privacy policy.
